Before being purchased by the Vignuzzi family, the house used to be of the counts Grossi, as can be seen from the coat-of-arms visible on the plinth of the portal and on the window bars. From the brick facade, pilasters with bosses emerge which hold up the pediment of the entrance and the stone sills of the windows. The inside corridor displays Renaissance decorations. In the yard we can find a 16th century wellhead made of Verona marble.
